ATV Ride Was Awesome!

Went to ATV ride in Kemensah during CNY with family. We were so thrilled with excitement when my uncle and aunt decided to bring us there for some adventurous time.

This was for photo purposes only. It's the owners ride by the way, but i love it.
The seat is much more spacious

The place and below are the ATVs

We took the 2~3 hours extreme ride (Package D). Me and girl cousins didn't know it until we were off road and started to go uphills, downhills, with a lot of huge rocks and holes. The trail was very steep and you need to be very careful all the time. For first-timers like us, of course we felt uncomfortable at the moment on the earliest stage of the ride because we never knew what will be our next challenge of the trip. And during our briefing and training before we took off, the trainers always say the words 'ATV akan mudah terbalik jika salah pandu, etc...what??/' They were also the one who guided us along the way and when he noticed the look on our faces, he was like 'ni baru permulaan, baru yg senang, belum sampai yg susah lagi, dan nanti awak akan jumpa jalan yang lebih teruk, lebih tinggi dan curam, jauh dan lama lagi perjalanan kita'...damn! And he said once you've off road in ATV, there's NO TURNING BACK!! -___-

Okay okay i'm cool. Deep down inside, i was really excited coz it was so fun! Not the kind who into adventures but every time i went for a jungle-treks or outdoor activities like this (went to PKN first batch and literally my life there was in the jungle lol), definitely i felt wanna do it again and again..

You can't go to the shopping malls in heels everyday, rite? :P

Took a break before going up to Tabur Hill

See that steep trail, we went up from there and we went down there again during our way back.
And this wasn't the hardest part :p

Parked the ATV and we walked up to Tabur Hill.
A must during the ride and we rested a few moments before heading to the dam

Hello KL =)

Klang Gate Dam ^_^

Tadaaa we were here at the dam. Took another short break

Went back down

For some strange reasons, i wanna ride this again, but i guess on next trip, i wanna try the waterfall trail :)

For more details about this ride, you can check out their website at

Have fun!!

Reflection 2012

Hello and Assalamualaikum everyone!!
Alhamdulillah..it's already the 21st January of 2012 and it has been great since day 1. Syukur =)

I know it has been slightly late for me to update about this, been busy in a while and i had to wait for my friend to upload the pictures..tee hee hee

Yes, i wanna share pictures from the the last event i attended to, Reflection 2012 fashion show by Ammarahijabi.

It was a charity event that showcased 9 talented young fashion designers in Malaysia with their new modest chic suits for hijabistas out there, and there were lots of media came and they even had a press conference after the show.

As for celebrity, they invited as VIP, the most-talked Hana Tajima, flew all the way from London just for the show, Vivy Yusof of proudduck.com , Farah Deeba from Najjah, Heliza Helmi, and also The Fabulous Cats as the performers of the day. Owh ya, Maria Elena of peliks.blogspot.com as the emcee and she did a tremendous job! Very hilarious, very Maghia..lol you know what i mean ;)

I went there as usual with my friend, Lina of linazahrah.com and also Diana Azmi of the-fashionandi.blogspot.com..picked up Diana at Sri Pentas and in the car, she was like, 'nak beli tiket fashion show dekat kaunter?' I was like, 'Oh my diana you did not buy the ticket earlier? haha' We need to buy the ticket by email because the seats were reserved for only 150 ppl. So yeah, she had to wait for us outside while waiting for the fashion show to ends around 2 hours.

Okay, enough words, now on to the pictures shall we?

Once Upon a Dancing Fish and Whimsical

Yesterday, mum asked me (again) to bring her to crafty shops to buy some stuffs for her work, or shall i say her current hobby in her free times. Besides Craft haven in One Utama, her other favorites has always been the Whimsical shop in Bangsar Shopping Center. The shop name i think is Scrapbooking or something but my mum likes to call it the Whimsical. Okay ma whatever.

Hello there! Imma mustard queen! Rofl!

And here's mum too busy to even noticed i was taking her picture. She likes these hand-crafty thing since forever!! And she always knows where to find all these good stuffs. And she even make friends with the sales persons of the shop. Not that she doesn't know the owner but owners usually doesn't hang around at the shop all the time. So, that is why she usually get discounts, and sometimes when the shops have great offers or promotions, they will call up to my mum the first thing before opens it up to public. Kudos to my mama!

Saw this cute baskets i found on the floor and i was like, Ma, is this for sale? Mum asked the girl at the shop and she said, No, it's the shopper's basket..Like a happy kid i grabbed the basket and put all the items that mum's gonna buy in it =)

While mum having her time in the shop, i walked around BSC and entered Times, just to look for a nice planner. Actually, i didn't wanna spend on an expensive ones but i just love to be around books (i kinda love a bookstore, heh). I went straightaway to the stationary sections, and found many cool new designs of planner, but of course when i looked at the price, i puts it back. And i remembered mum told me she's gonna make a really nice one for me. The way how she explains it, it will be something like this.

Then, i went to a gift section. Too many cool designs, from a frame, to a hand-rest, and they have these cute lil toys and doodles, and of course, cool designs of mugs. And i saw something familiar, i followed Sazzy Falak on Instagram and she shared her 'I'm not a paper cup' cup, a present from Aishah Sinclair. I love the cup so much that i was gonna look for it later and there i found it! In Times of BSC! Already get my hands on one of the cups but then i forgot, i was there with mum. One thing about mum, we can't buy anything unless we really gonna use it. Not that we don't have enough cups at home, rite? So i said to myself, okay maybe next time. It won't be finished after all (hoping it will not).

So, i just bought myself a Cleo and Reader's Digest. Guess what, i got a free Reader's Digest's 2012 glittery planner, yeay!

And so later after we had done our shopping, mum decided to have dinner at a Malay-Indo cuisine's restaurant. She went there before with her friends and she said it was almost the same as Sundanese (was in KLCC) and also Bumbu Desa.  This restaurant is called Dancing Fish. I believe it is named after their main dish, the dancing fish itself. We ordered the fish (of course), and some Daging Dendeng, Coconut Soup, a tea for mum while i had Black Jelly for drinks. Costs less than RM100, for only the two of us =)

Thanx mum for the day!
